When making a reservation, you must inform us that you are traveling with your pet so we can assign you the most suitable room; reservations with pets will only be accepted upon confirmation by the hotel.
Acceptance of pets is subject to prior request and availability (the hotel has a limited number of pets allowed per night).
Pets must never be left alone in the room. This is to avoid possible disturbances, such as barking or whining, to other guests, as well as potential damage to the room's furniture.
Do not allow your pet to climb on the beds or chairs; we will prepare a designated area specifically for them.
Rooms will not be cleaned while your pet is inside. When the animal is not in the room, please inform hotel staff so they can proceed with cleaning.
You must provide a phone number so you can be reached at all times.
Pets must always be kept on a short leash in the hotel's common areas and must not roam freely.
The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by the animal, which will incur a charge to the guest’s card, to be provided upon arrival. The owner will also be liable for any harm caused to third parties.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel a guest’s stay if the pet causes disturbances due to noise or displays inappropriate behavior during the stay.
A fee of €12/night/dog will be applied as a supplement.
The person responsible for the pet must ensure it is kept in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions, with a valid vaccination card and insurance.
Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves on hotel premises.
